Refund Policy

At TruePath School of Real Estate, we want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. Our refund policy is structured to balance fairness to students with the licensing costs of our course materials. 1. Full Refund Window You may request a full refund up to 7 days from purchase or before the course start date, whichever occurs first. This applies only if you have not accessed or downloaded any course materials. 2. Partial Refund After Course Starts Once the course has begun or materials have been downloaded, a 50% refund may be issued within 7 days of the course start date. This accounts for licensing and material costs. 3. Emergency Exceptions If a verified emergency arises (e.g., medical issue, urgent travel) and you provide written proof before the course is completed, you may request a 50% credit toward another course instead of a refund. Documentation is required, and the request must be submitted in writing. 4. No Refunds After 7 Days or Course Completion No other refunds will be issued after 7 days from course start or after substantial course access, unless covered under the emergency policy. By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
