Welcome to TruePath School of Real Estate (“TruePath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using any content or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in any TruePath School of Real Estate course. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
2. Massachusetts Regulatory Disclaimer
TruePath School of Real Estate offers educational programs intended to meet the Massachusetts pre-licensing education requirements for real estate salesperson and broker licensure.
Completion of a course does not guarantee passage of the Massachusetts real estate licensing examination.
Completion of a course does not guarantee licensure, employment, or earnings.
Licensing decisions are made solely by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
Students are responsible for confirming current licensing requirements with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
3. Educational Use Only
All course materials, instruction, assessments, and content are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Services constitutes legal, financial, brokerage, or professional advice.
4. Course Access and Acceptable Use
Course access is granted to the individual student only.
Sharing login credentials, course materials, recordings, exams, or certificates is strictly prohibited.
You may not copy, record, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reproduce any content without written authorization.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Payments, Withdrawals, and Refunds
All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing paid coursework.
Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal policies are governed by the Refund Policy presented at checkout or on the course sales page, and where applicable, Massachusetts regulatory requirements.
Administrative or processing fees may be non-refundable as permitted by law.
6. Certificates of Completion
Certificates issued by TruePath confirm completion of course hours only and do not constitute licensure or certification by any governmental authority.
Students are responsible for submitting certificates and documentation to the appropriate licensing authority.
7. Student Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in disruptive, abusive, or dishonest behavior
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to bypass platform security or course controls
Interfere with instruction or other students’ learning experience
We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to videos, curriculum, text, graphics, assessments, trademarks, and logos, are the exclusive property of TruePath School of Real Estate or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and Massachusetts intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may be delivered using third-party platforms, including Thinkific. TruePath is not responsible for outages, platform changes, or technical issues outside of our control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, TruePath School of Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
